1. About PaiSay

PaiSay is a membership-based hyperlocal offer discovery and merchant engagement platform that enables:

  • Customers to access exclusive merchant offers
  • Merchants to publish offers and track verified customer visits
  • QR-based visit attribution and ranking system
  • Sales executives to promote memberships through referrals

PaiSay is not a wallet or banking service and does not store customer funds.

We collect information to provide and improve our services.

  • Mobile Number (OTP-based login)
  • Email Address (optional)
  • City and Location Details
  • Membership Status and Validity

2.2 Payment Information

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
  • PaiSay does not store your card/bank details.
  • We only receive transaction confirmation and payment reference IDs.

2.3 Location Information

We may collect GPS/location data for showing nearby offers, verifying QR scan authenticity, and preventing misuse. Location data is collected only with your consent.

2.4 QR Scan and Activity Data

  • Merchant QR scans and visit timestamps
  • Offer browsing and click activity
  • Ratings and feedback submissions

2.5 Merchant and Business Data

  • Shop name, address, and category details
  • Offer content and validity
  • Performance analytics (visits, scans, ratings)

2.6 Sales Executive Data

  • Identity and KYC details
  • Referral code usage and commission records
  • Sales and renewal performance data

  • To activate and manage memberships

  • To verify QR scans and prevent abuse

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data.

4.1 With Service Providers

We share limited data with payment gateways, cloud hosting, and notification providers (Firebase etc.). Only necessary data is shared.

4.2 With Merchants

Merchants see aggregated analytics (visits, engagement, ratings). They do not receive customer personal details unless voluntarily provided by the user.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law enforcement, court orders, or regulatory compliance.

5. Data Security

PaiSay uses industry-standard security measures including secure servers, OTP authentication, and fraud detection. However, no system is 100% secure, and users are advised to protect their login credentials.

6. Data Retention

We retain info for the duration of active membership, legal compliance, and fraud prevention. Users may request account deletion where applicable.

7. User Rights

You have the right to access your info, request corrections, withdraw location permissions, and request deletion subject to legal obligations.

8. Children's Privacy

PaiSay services are not intended for users under the age of 18.
