This Refund Policy governs the rules related to refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes on the PaiSay platform (“PaiSay”, “we”, “our”, “us”). PaiSay operates as a membership-based hyperlocal offer discovery and merchant engagement platform, providing access to exclusive offers, QR-based visit tracking, and merchant ranking benefits. By purchasing a membership or subscribing to PaiSay services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
PaiSay offers an annual paid membership (₹1000/year) that provides:
Membership is a digital service and becomes active immediately after successful payment.
Once a membership is activated, refunds are not permitted, except under limited circumstances described below. PaiSay follows a strict no-refund policy because membership access and digital benefits are granted instantly upon activation.
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
In cases where payment fails due to technical error but the amount is deducted from the customer's account, the payment gateway usually reverses this within 5–7 business days. PaiSay support will assist if delays occur.
If a user is charged more than once for the same membership due to network errors or gateway duplication, the extra payment may be refunded after verification.
If payment is successful but membership is not activated due to system errors, PaiSay will either activate it manually or issue a refund if activation is not possible.
Refunds will not be provided if:
PaiSay does not guarantee specific savings or outcomes.
Merchant subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated, except in cases of payment duplication or confirmed technical onboarding failure.
If a refund is issued under valid conditions, any associated sales executive commission will be reversed, and PaiSay reserves the right to adjust commission ledgers accordingly.
To request a refund (only eligible cases), user must submit mobile number, transaction ID, date, amount, and proof of deduction within 7 days of transaction.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method. PaiSay is not responsible for bank-side delays.
